What we facilitate - A safe space, paper, paints, glitters, colors, and various mediums for you to roll around and let loose like a child. To explore and not let the adult worries get in the way. What is color therapy? Color therapy is based on the idea that the use of color in any form that speaks to you, can help evoke emotion, treat physical or mental health. Colors can cause subtle changes in our moods and biology by balancing the body energy centers (chakras). 2. How does it work? Color Therapy uses the energy relating to each of the seven spectrum colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The use of colors in various mediums can help to re-balance and/or stimulate the energy centers (chakras). Some colors are considered to be stimulating, whereas others may be soothing and, therefore, colors may impact one’s energy level, mood, appetite, emotions and even decision-making. 3. What can color therapy help with? Color therapy can Instill a sense of calm and peace Brings mind body harmony. It channels energy flow and regulates Chakras, Chi or Prana. Break you out of feeling stuck or in a rut. Connects you back to your repressed emotions Colors help heal aches and pains in joints to promote mobility. If anything specific is required beyond the usual set up and you will be informed ahead of time.
