Grounding is to firmly anchor you into the present moment. This is the process of creating balance in your physical, emotional, mental and energy state and reconnecting them through your senses. When we aren’t grounded, we may feel tired, confused, disconnected, emotionally unstable, vulnerable or thrown off balance quickly. 3. How do I know if I am grounded? When we are grounded, we will allow yourself a feeling of stability, at ease, and consciously present. We are able to accept and let go of tough situations. We feel more at peace with our authentic self. 4. Why is grounding yourself important? When we are grounded, we will feel more stable, at ease, and consciously present. We are able become our own energy source. It allows our body to access our talents, our visions, and goals to create the best life for us. 5. How long should you ground in a day?
