A retreat of self discovery and self healing rooted in expression. A space to reconnect with your senses, paints, colors, glitters and more. Let your intuition guide your creation. Dedicated to cultivating true expression without words. #selfhealing T H E E X P E R I E N C E Day 1 (3 hrs) ---------------------- Chakra activation breath work. Followed by Doodle Art “Chakras” are the seven spinning energy centers in our body. Using breath to facilitate the movement of energy through a specific chakra can activate it, allowing for healthy expression of its consciousness. Once the energy is flowing and you have reconnected with yourself, we move on to doodle art. Day 2 (3 hrs) ---------------------- Grounding with Gaia (Beach grounding based on weather) Grounding is to firmly anchor you into the present moment. This is the process of balancing your physical, emotional, mental and energy state and reconnecting them through your senses. We take you through a grounding meditation at the beach with Gaia (Mother Earth - based on weather) or with our grounding stones. Day 3 (4 Hrs) ---------------------- The Art of you - Color Therapy. Followed by Tibetan singing bowls. Ending with 1 on 1 private reading session of your creation with Sapna & Swanti. Playdate with your inner child immersed in color and rooted in thoughtless expression. The purpose of this experience is to highlight the importance of connection to your emotions. What you create isn’t as important as what you feel while you create it. What you bring- yourself, the desire to reconnect in a play base session. What we facilitate - A safe space, paper, paints, glitters, colors, and various mediums for you to roll around and let loose like a child. To explore and not let the adult worries get in the way We will end the retreat with a 1-on-1 private reading session of your creation. As well as recapping the prior days and the impact it made or didn’t make for you. Not all healing methods work for everyone.
